What is co-living?
Co-living is a great way of living in a modern, fully equipped house with an inclusive rent, living with like-minded individuals, that fit well together. It’s great to share because its more affordable, easier to save, flexible, sociable, convenient and fun.
You rent your own private room sharing the communal areas in the house such as the kitchen, dining and living areas, or shower room where your room is not an en-suite. Your monthly rent includes the utility bills, high-speed broadband, cleaning in shared areas and maintenance. It’s as simple as that.
