About Us
We pride ourselves on being full-time professional, responsive landlords accredited by both National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) and Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS).
We ensure our properties are furnished to a modern, high quality standard. We also offer a more personal touch, we don’t use agencies and are responsive and look after any maintenance of our properties, that may arise, ourselves.
How We Do It?
After initial contact, we arrange a convenient viewing at the house to meet and greet you in person. We have an informal chat to ensure you will make a good fit in the house and with the current housemates and, that you like us as Landlords.
We show you the room(s) available and around the communal shared areas, run through our process, the next steps, and answer any questions you may have.
We ask for a holding deposit to secure the room and stop advertising until your application is complete and successful.
Once the checks are complete, we prepare the relevant paperwork and agree a check-in date. We ask that you set up a standing order to cover the monthly rent – all the rest is taken care of by us. It’s as simple as that.
Your Room and Shared Areas
Your private bedroom is a good size and comes fully furnished, with a lockable door. Most of our rooms are ensuite, others share a shower room with one other housemate.
We ensure that all of our properties meet and exceed health & safety guidelines, amenity standards and have up-to-date HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) licenses.
All of our houses have modern, fully equipped kitchens with appliances. Each house has either a breakfast bar or dining table and a living area with leather sofas and a large smart flat screen TV. All you need are your personal items to move in and live happily and comfortably.
